Two Twin choke, downdraught Dellorto 40DHLA carburettors, mechanical fuel pump, compression ratio 10.3:1, producing 126bhp at 6500 rpm, supplied by twin fuel tanks containing 12.5 gallons.

Rack-and-pinion steering, independant rear suspension by trailing radius-arms and upper and lower links, fixed length drive-shafts forming upper links, with coil springs and telescopic dampers. Disc front and drum rear brakes, with servo assistance. Light alloy wheels fitted 175x70-13 front and 185x70-13 rear tyres.
